Steps#

Check PHP#
Tools → Site Health → Info → Server shows your PHP version. You need 8.0 or newer.
Raise the memory limit#
Ask your host for at least 256 MB, or add define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); to wp-config.php.
Allow larger uploads#
Demo imports need an upload limit of 64 MB or more.
