Steps#

Use your own domain#
Set the From email to an address on your site’s domain.
Install an SMTP plugin#
Connect it to your email provider, such as Google Workspace or SendGrid.
Send a test#
FormFlow → Tools → Email test.

Tip

Never use a Gmail or Yahoo address as the From email on your website.

Add your purchase code and a link to the form page so we can reproduce the problem.
