Build a contact form in the drag-and-drop editor and add it to any page with a block or shortcode. Follow the steps below — it takes just a few minutes.

Before you begin#

  • FormFlow 3.x installed and activated
  • Administrator access to your WordPress site

Steps#

  1. Start a new form#

    FormFlow → Add New → choose “Contact form” or start blank.

  2. Drag in fields#

    Name, email and message are ready. Drag more from the left panel.

  3. Set notifications#

    Settings → Notifications sends each entry to your email.

  4. Embed the form#

    Insert the FormFlow block, or paste the shortcode shown at the top.

Tip

Turn on spam protection under Settings → Security — it is invisible to visitors.
