How usage is billed#
Build minutes and bandwidth above your plan’s allowance are billed at the end of each month. You can set a spending limit under Billing → Usage so you are never surprised.
Annual billing#
Pay yearly and get two months free on Pro and Business.
Change your plan#
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Billing questions#
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Choose Billing → Plan → Pay yearly. We credit the unused part of your month.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Registered US nonprofits get 50% off Pro and Business. Contact us with your EIN.
What happens if I go over my build minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at $0.01 each at the end of the month, unless a spending limit stops builds first.
