Install the Relay SDK for Node.js, Python, PHP or Go — typed, retried and kept current with the API. Follow the steps below — it takes just a few minutes.

Before you begin#

  • A Relay account and a test-mode API key
  • curl or one of the official SDKs

Steps#

  1. Install#

    npm, pip, Composer or go get — see the tabs below.

  2. Create a client#

    Pass your secret key from an environment variable.

  3. Send a message#

    Every SDK mirrors the REST resources: messages.create().

Tip

SDKs retry safe requests automatically with exponential backoff.

Install#

Install an SDK
npm install @relay/node
