Keep your mechanical or digital chime ringing when someone presses the doorbell. Here is exactly what to do.

Steps#

Wire the doorbell#
Use the two existing doorbell wires.
Choose the chime type#
App → Doorbell → Chime → Mechanical or Digital.
Install the chime kit if needed#
Some digital chimes need the included bypass kit.

Tip

No chime? Use any Halo speaker or your phone as the chime.

Tell us whether your doorbell is wired or battery-powered, and your Wi-Fi band (2.4 or 5 GHz).
