Reset your password yourself in two minutes from any browser, even when you’re locked out. Follow the steps below — it takes just a few minutes.

Before you begin#

  • Your Northwind employee ID
  • A company-managed laptop or phone

Steps#

  1. Go to the reset page#

    Open id.northwind.example/reset from any device.

  2. Verify with your phone#

    Approve the push in Okta Verify, or enter the SMS code.

  3. Choose a new password#

    14 characters or more. A short sentence works well.

Tip

Your Mac and VPN pick up the new password at your next sign-in.
