Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Here is exactly what to do.

## Steps

1. 1AppleVisit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the purchase.
2. 2GoogleOpen Google Play → Order history → Request a refund.
3. 3Web purchasesContact us within 30 days and we refund in full.

Tip

Annual plans bought on the web can be refunded pro rata after 30 days.
