# Restore a backup

> Bring back deleted notes or an earlier version of a note.

Deleted notes stay in **Recently deleted** for 30 days.

## Restore a deleted note

1. Open **Folders → Recently deleted**.
2. Tap the note, then **Restore**.

## Go back to an earlier version

Open the note, tap **⋯ → Version history** and choose a time. Nimbus Plus keeps one year of history.

## Full account backup

Export everything as a ZIP of Markdown files under **Settings → Export**.
