# Customize notifications

Nimbus can notify you about reminders, notes shared with you and comments.

## Turn notification types on or off

Go to **Settings → Notifications** and switch each type on or off.

## Not getting notifications?

- Check that notifications are allowed for Nimbus in your phone’s settings.
- On Android, turn off battery optimization for Nimbus.
- Make sure Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing Nimbus.
