With your license active, Lumen updates from the Dashboard like any WordPress.org theme. Follow the steps below — it takes just a few minutes.

## Before you begin

- WordPress 6.4 or newer and PHP 8.0+
- Your Envato purchase code (Downloads → License certificate)

## Steps

1. 1Activate your licenseLumen → License must show “Active”.
2. 2Check for updatesDashboard → Updates → Check again.
3. 3Update Lumen Core tooThe theme and its plugin are updated together to stay compatible.
