If the import stalls, it can resume where it stopped. Here is how to finish it and what usually causes the pause. Follow the steps below — it takes just a few minutes.

## Before you begin

- WordPress 6.4 or newer and PHP 8.0+
- Your Envato purchase code (Downloads → License certificate)

## Steps

1. 1Reload the importerLumen → Demos shows “Resume import” when a job was interrupted. Click it.
2. 2Check the time limitHosts that stop scripts after 30 seconds can interrupt image downloads. Ask for 120 seconds.
3. 3Skip images if neededChoose “Pages only” — you can replace placeholder images later.

Tip

Security plugins sometimes block the importer’s AJAX requests. Pause them during the import.
